Welcome to Brijwasi Caterers These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.brijwasicaterers.co.in and any service provided through it.

By accessing or using our website or booking any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Please read them carefully

1. Services Offered

We provide catering services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions. Services may include food preparation, delivery, setup, and staffing as agreed upon.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a service agreement has been signed.
Deposits: 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, cash, UPI and other payment methods

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made [30+] days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made within [30] days of the event will not be refunded.
Company Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel, we will offer a full refund, including the deposit, and assist in finding alternative solutions.

4. Menu and Dietary Requirements

Menu selections must be finalized at least 15 days prior to the event.
We can accommodate most dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) if informed in advance.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.

5. Event Changes

Any changes to guest count, location, or services must be communicated at least 15 days in advance.
Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or additions.

6. Equipment and Rentals

If rental items (e.g., tables, linens, chafing dishes) are provided, the client is responsible for their care.
Damaged or missing items may incur additional charges.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse of our services or equipment.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, transportation issues).

8. Health and Safety

We follow all local health regulations and food safety guidelines. Our staff is trained in food handling and hygiene practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, and logos, is the property of Brijwasi Caterers and may not be used without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra.
